FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How has the recent Covid-19 outbreak impacted scheduled performances?

Following the Prime Minister’s announcement, regarding the new community Covid-19 cases and bringing the country to Level 2, we have decided the best course of action to protect our audiences, actors, production crew and team is to reschedule performances of Black Comedy to a later date.

The shows WILL go on! We will await to see what advice Government provides over the coming few days and be in touch with all customers as soon as we can with new dates. Your tickets will still be yours and you can still order tickets for the matinee to insure that you get a seat once the show is rescheduled! Once we have rescheduled, your tickets will roll over into the same day of the week that you originally purchased for. If you purchased a Thursday evening ticket, you will still keep it for a Thursday evening performance. Same for Friday/Saturday and the matinee shows.

UPDATE: We have since rescheduled these performances to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd of October.

Is the show family friendly?

Black Comedy does not feature gratuitous violence, drug use, nudity or sexuality, however many of the shows do feature adult situations and references to sexuality and alcohol. While children of all ages are welcome, parental guidance is required and anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Once I order, how do I get my tickets?

After ordering you will be sent a receipt from Paypal. That email receipt functions as your ticket. HOWEVER, your name will also be at the door on the day of your performance, so printing your receipt/ticket is not required.

Do you offer refunds?

Unfortunately we are not able to offer refunds once a ticket has been reserved, unless a show is canceled. However, if you are not able to attend, please feel free to contact us and we will try our best to assist you with selling the ticket.

What if I can’t make the show but I’ve already bought a ticket? Can I change the date?

If the show you wish to attend is not sold out, we are happy to change the date for you. However, you will only be able to change the date for the same production. You will not be able to exchange the ticket of one production for another. Just contact info@kerikeritheatrecompany.com at least 48 hours prior to the performance.

Can I bring my own food or drink into the show?
