Venture into the life of a Māori girl from Hokianga as she narrates her ‘packing and leaving’ moments through a riveting journey of assimilation and reclamation, sprinkled with flavours from around the world. It’s not just a play; it’s a heartfelt story that promises to be as vivid and memorable as the tales it tells.

After traveling the globe, Noa brings her story from Hokianga, to Ponsonby, to Bondi, Geelong, Burleigh Heads, and beyond, right here to the Black Box Theatre, Kerikeri.

General Admission tickets are priced at just $15 each (plus a nominal booking fee).

The play runs just under an hour so there will be no intermission. However, there is an invitation to audiences for a Q&A session following the show, with Noa and her crew.

How do I get my ticket once I’ve ordered?

What kind of seating do you provide?

Seating is on a tiered structure and we will do the best with this to ensure great visibility to everyone. Seats are not numbered and are therefore, un-allocated. Please arrive early to get a good spot.

​Is the show family friendly?

No, the show is rated R16 as it contains adult themes.

Is there an intermission?

No, the show runs for just under an hour. After the show, the audience will be invited for a Q & A session with the creators.

​Do you offer refunds?

​Can I buy tickets at the door?

​Yes, tickets will be available at the door.

​Can I bring my own food or drink into the show?

​Please do not bring in outside food or drinks. We will have food and drink available to purchase an hour before the show, during intermission and for an hour after the show.

​Yes, we will have drinks available to purchase as well as food and snacks.
